Verena is qualified in baby massage and runs small group sessions to teach mums and dads the basic baby massage techniques.

Babies thrive on gentle touch and human contact. It helps them to feel secure, loved and content. Baby massage also helps parents gain confidence in handling their baby, it makes them more in tune with their baby's needs, likes and dislikes and most definitely enhances the parent/baby relationship.

Sessions are run at the birthing centre every Thursday

17.30 - 18.45 Dad & Baby (Mums also welcome)
