Bonney is a fully qualified
personal trainer and pilates practitioner. A member of the Register
of Exercise Professionals and the Guild of Pregnancy & Postnatal
Instructors.
Working as a personal trainer for the last eight years she now specialises
in ante/postnatal clients, particularly working with pilates.
Bonney has seen the benefits of the pilates method working both on a
one-to-one level and with a group. Bonney believes that pilates can
be adapted to suit any individual, whatever their level of fitness,
helping to create a stronger, healthier body.
